TONIGHT Mostly cloudy with a few LIGHT spotty rain showers possible late in the night.  Lows in the mid 40s. WEDNESDAY A few spotty rain showers possible.  Otherwise quite a few clouds with highs in the upper 60s. REST OF THE WEEK Periods of rain will be possible Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Highs in the mid 60s Thursday and Friday with the 50s Saturday. The National Weather Service is monitoring water levels on such rivers as the Upper Gauley, Upper Elk and Greenbrier River for the potential of flooding later in the week with the arrival of rain combined with mountain snow melt.  Eventually the Ohio River may need to be monitored for high water as well.
