VULNERABLE SPOTS IN WEBSTER COUNTY INCLUDE WEBSTER SPRINGS AND POINTS UPSTREAM...WHICH WILL BE IMPACTED BY SNOWMELT FROM POINT MOUNTAIN. MEANWHILE...SNOWMELT FROM CHEAT MOUNTAIN WILL LIKELY BRING SHAVERS FORK TO FLOOD IN RANDOLPH COUNTY. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SNOWPACK WAS ON THE RIDGES ALONG EASTERN NICHOLAS AND WEBSTER COUNTIES...AND WESTERN POCAHONTAS AND GREENBRIER COUNTIES.
