    UPDATE: Sheriff Keith O. Wood of Meigs County, Ohio has confirmed the body found on the banks of the Ohio on Saturday, August 30th is the missing girl from Kanawha County, West Virginia, Ericka Brown. Ernest M. Roach, 36 of Racine, Ohio will be charged in connection with her death.

    It was a bittersweet time for fans Monday afternoon as the West Virginia Power closed out their 10th season at Appalachian Power Park. They lost their finale 5-0 to Asheville."When you hear them say play ball, it's exciting," said Andrew Shellings of Kanawha City."I just like hanging out with my friends and my family.
