Fayette County, WV (WVNS) - UPDATED:
According to Oak Hill Police, Helen Hitt was found safe and was transported to Plateau Medical Center.
Oak Hill Police are searching for a missing Fayette County woman who has Alzheimer's.
Officials said they are looking for 66-year-old Helen Hitt from Main Street in Oak Hill.
She was last seen leaving her home at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10.
Hitt was last seen wearing jeans, a long brown coat and blue and white tennis shoes. She is about 5-feet 5-inches and weighs around 110 pounds.
Hitt suffers from Alzheimer's, according to family members.
