CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has signed a bill giving a pay raise to West Virginia State Police, public school teachers, and school service personnel.
The groups in the bill will be getting a five percent pay raise.
Both the West Virginia House of Delegates and the Senate passed House Bill 4145 earlier today
He also says that he and his staff have made additional cuts which will give all State employees in West Virginia a five percent raises well.
