Wrong way on two lane highway cause of accident.

One woman is dead and two others were injured after a head on collision.
According to Kentucky State Police, 61-year-old Betty Randolph was driving north in the southbound lanes of Highway 23 near the Pike-Letcher county line when the accident occurred.
That's when Randolph's car collided with another car driven by 31-year-old Suzette Johnston. Both she and a passenger in the car, Quiton Johnston were injured.
Randolph was pronounced dead at the scene. She was listed as a missing person from North Carolina.
