A South Charleston teacher is overcoming to odds to make sure his students learn
On this weekend's edition of Decision Makers, host Bray Cary talks with Roger Samples, the 2008 winner of the Prodigy Foundation's West Virginia Teacher Achievement Award about what it's like to battle a debilitating illness and still inspire his students. Bray will also sit down with congressional candidate Anne Barth to discuss her battle for the Second Congressional District with Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va. He'll also talk with state senator Mike Hall, R-Putnam, about possible setbacks in coal-to-liquid technologies.
