Charleston -- West Virginia is getting national and international exposure. U.S. Airways Magazine announced Wednesday morning the Mountain State will be the magazine's business feature in next month's issue. The 31-page section examines such things as higher education, health care and quality of life. Publishers say the state's economic upswing was a factor in the choice, and the articles should be of interest to the decision makers of companies who read the section.
"Those are the people that quite frankly will and have already moved or relocated companies to regions we have highlighted in the past," says Carston Morgan of U.S. Airways Magazine.
Morgan says November is a high volume travel month, meaning the West Virginia section could potentially be seen by nearly 3-million airline travelers.
