Scioto County Police say 47 year-old Paul Balmer has been arrested in Middleburg, Florida.
Earlier this year, Balmer's girlfriend Robin Lee Rose was found dead by an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. In a news release issued Wednesday, Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Florida police arrested Balmer Sunday. He is expected to be extradited to Ohio this week. He will face unrelated drug charges once he returns to Scioto County.
