TEAYS VALLEY -- An upscale residential development officially opens in Putnam County. Builders and local leaders were on hand for the grand opening of Devonshire. The development is more than a hundred acres and is located just off Interstate 64. It is the largest resort-style community in West Virginia. Devonshire features luxury apartments, townhomes, and eventually single and multi-family homes.

Devonshire is expected to generate more than $29-million in tax revenues for Putnam County over the next 20 years.
