Infrared Therapy Designed To Help With Weight Loss

Hurricane --  A new and unique weight loss and fitness program is being offered the at the Power-up Sports and Wellness Spa in Hurricane. The program offers the first infrared therapy system in West Virginia. Owner Leah Frye said the benefits include weight loss, improved circulation, and lower blood pressure. Frye said the combination of therapy and weight training is designed to help people live a healthier lifestyle.
