Man Recovering After Shooting in London, Kanawha County

Deputies investigate a shooting in London Thursday night

The Kanawha County Sheriff's department is investigating.

LONDON -- A man is recovering after being shot multiple times in the Kanawha County town of London It happened just after 10:30 p.m. Thursday at the London Apartments on Mercer Road.

Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say the victim Franklin Proctor, 23, is in critical condition.

Investigators said two men entered the apartment with guns, ordered a woman to the ground and then shot Proctor. The Kanawha County Sheriff's department is investigating.
