A man was shot in an alley off 10th Street in South Charleston.
SOUTH CHARLESTON -- South Charleston officers are investigating an early morning shooting.
Just after 3 a. m. Friday, an employee of the Halftime Bar and Grill moved a vehicle into the 10th Street area and was walking back to the bar when he was shot.
According to South Charleston police, the victim was walking in an alley off 10th Street and encountered two black males wearing masks. He then ran and was shot in the buttocks and continued fleeing towards the mound.
The victim was found a few blocks away from the shooting by police. He was transported to Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital.
