Reginald Marbury, who is originally from Detroit, is charged with attempted murder for a Nov. 8 shooting at Club Babylon in Huntington.
HUNTINGTON -- The case against one of two people charged in a shooting at a Huntington night club is moving forward.
Reginald Marbury waived his preliminary hearing in Cabell County Magistrate Court on Nov. 20. Marbury, who is originally from Detroit, is charged with attempted murder. His bond was reduced to $100,000. Police said he shot Sontezz Lomax at Club Babylon on Nov. 8. Marbury is in the Western Regional jail. Joe Porter was shot and killed by police during the incident. Marbury, Lomaxx and another person were shot and wounded.
A Huntington woman is facing charges for giving Marbury a gun prior to the crime. Nicole Hughes, 22, from Huntington is charged with accessory before the fact of attempted murder. Hughes is in the Western Regional jail.
