HARTS -- The West Virgina State Police say a man was found dead in the bedroom of his home in the area of East Fork Road in Harts. It is believed he died from smoke inhalation. His name has not been released yet.

Police said the fire does not seem to be suspicious, but the body will be sent for an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
