Scott Depot -- One Putnam County Elementary School is getting a new look.
Scott-Teays Elementary looks like a construction zone where workers are adding five new classrooms, a library, media center and office space.
The price tag of the project is more than two million dollars with the goal of replacing portable classrooms.
The money comes from the School Building Authority and Putnam County. If everything stays on schedule, the project should be done by August 2010.
