Mingo County man remains in Southwestern Regional Jail.

KERMIT -- A Mingo County man accused of killing his estranged wife, stuffing her body in an old refrigerator, and dumping it near Kermit is being held without bond.

Roger Stroud, 39, has reportedly confessed to the murder of Michelle Stroud, 29.

The two were in the process of getting a divorce.

A spokesperson for the Mingo County Circuit Court's office says Roger Stroud remains behind bars at Southwestern Regional Jail.
