Unfortunately, in West Virginia, when it comes to information technology, the future is spelled M-i-c-r-o-s-o-f-t. Their technology, of course is vintage 1980's. At least these people won't be meeting to discuss something 30 years out of date, which is usually the case when state government is involved.

Unbelievable! Let me know if you need a nerdy hacker like me to help the future prospective IT scholars.

Internet Technology is a good way to save the poor trees!
