TEAYS VALLEY -- The accident Saturday night in Teays Valley left one person in critical condition, according to Putnam County emergency dispatchers.
Investigators said a tractor-trailer hit a passenger car on the eastbound on-ramp of I-64 a little after 10 p.m.
According to emergency responders on the scene, one person was flown to Charleston Area Medical Center's General Division in critical condition. Three other people were also injured in the accident.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Department and the West Virginia State Police are looking for a white, freight truck that may have left the scene of the accident.
