PITTSBURGH (AP) - Johnny Cueto tossed his second three-hitter against the Pittsburgh in a week and the Cincinnati Reds eased past the Pirates 4-1 Tuesday. Cueto struck out four and walked three while running his career-long scoreless streak to 21 innings before giving up a home run to Andrew McCutchen with one out in the ninth.

CINCINNATI (AP) - Andy Dalton isn't shying away from the comparisons any longer. The Bengals' fourth-year quarterback has avoided linking his name with some of the NFL's best, even as he accomplished things few others could claim. Now that it's time to negotiate a long-term deal, he's begun placing himself in elite company.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Louisville has signed forward/center Anas Osama Mahmoud to a national letter of intent to play for the Cardinals. Mahmoud played last season for West Oaks Academy in Orlando, Fla., averaging 13.8 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.1 blocked shots per game.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky forward Julius Randle will leave after one season to enter the NBA draft, where he's expected to be among the top five selections. With five days left before the deadline for underclassmen to declare, Randle announced the decision many expected even before he arrived as part of Kentucky's best recruiting class ever.
