One family in Barboursville are proud new home owners- thanks to Habitat for Humanity.
The Sloan family of six received the keys to their new home on Sunday during a dedication ceremony.
It's the 76th house built in Cabell County by Habitat for Humanity. The house is also the third one where ladies from Habitat's "Women Build" program pitched in. It's all part of the effort to allow one grateful family a chance at home ownership.
"It's been a long process. We've been delayed, but once we got started, it was really good. Despite the weather!" said new home owner, Tayna Sloan.
The family moved into their new home after the dedication.
