A Braxton County man is under arrest on meth charges.
The West Virginia State Police arrested Matthew Friend and charged him with six counts of conspiracy and operating a clandestine lab in Webster County.
Police said someone saw Matthew Friend working with one of the labs, and they later found soda bottles with methamphetamine residue, Drano cleaner, dissected lithium batteries, containers of ice packs, empty Coleman fuel, blister packs from Sudafed and burned aluminum foil.
Friend is being held in the Central Regional Jail.
