Mason County commissioners move to remove Sheriff David Anthony from office

The Mason County Commission is trying to remove Sheriff David Anthony from his position.

Commissioner Rick Handley told 13News on Wednesday that the commission has started removal procedures.

Handley also said that the commission is taking into consideration Anthony's arrest two months ago, after State Police said he fired a gun toward his 13-year-old son.
