in partnership with
THE BRIDE: Liz, 30, an electrical engineer at Vishion Tool & Machine Co.
THE GROOM: Dave, 29, in medical sales at Spine Source
THE DATE: June 5
Liz's favorite flower -- the peony -- inspired the day's details. They chose a June wedding date (when peonies are readily available) and went for a romantic garden theme with a vintage vibe.
The color palette: pale dusty rose, clover green and pewter.
The Bouquet
The bridesmaids carried garden-inspired hand-tied bouquets of pink garden roses, light-peach spray roses, pink wax flowers and Queen Anne's lace.
The Cake
For the cake cutting, the couple's baker made them a small white buttercream cake decorated with silver dragees and a fresh peony.
The Bridesmaid Dresses
Liz and Dave's 16-person bridal party wore clover-green silk shantung dresses by Jenny Yoo and summery seersucker suits from Brooks Brothers.
The Centerpieces
Liz collected antique silver and pewter water pitchers for the tables, and the florist took over from there -- adding pink in-season roses, peonies and stock.
