Boone County Sheriffs net 13 drug arrests

Over the span of two days, the Boone County Sheriff's Office has been busy rounding up those charged with various drug indictments from a Boone County Grand Jury.

During the round-up, 13 arrest were made as of Friday, 12 from indictments and an additional one as a person was caught with drugs when deputies were arresting one of the original 12.

The spree of arrests came with a joint effort between the sheriffs, Madison Police Department and the US 119 Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.

According to the Boone County Sheriffs, additional arrest are expected to be made.

Below is a list of those who have been arrested.

Harrison Gillman, age 45 of Danville: charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and a single county of conspiracy.

Terry Lambert, age 38 of Danville: charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Justin Terral Forbes, 32 of Madison: charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Lee Adkins, 36 of Danville: charged with 3 counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Jerry Wayne Adkins, 39 of Jeffrey: is charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Nina Marie Smith, 37 of Jeffrey: charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Patrick Michael Clendenin, 35 of Seth: charged with nighttime burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy.

Leonard Dillon, 55 of Bim: charged with five counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Marcus Dewayne Thompson, 33 of Danville: charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Nedine Kay Carson, 45 of Madison: is charged with attempted prescription fraud, uttering and conspiracy.

Bruce Edward Nelson, 53 of Van: arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer when deputies were serving one of the felony indictments and noticed the smell the odor of what he believed to be marijuana coming from an outbuilding near the residence.  The door was partially open and deputies found him hiding inside the building with marijuana and other drug paraphernalia

Krystal Beckett Harvery, 32 of Chapmanville: charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substances who was taken into custody by Boone County deputies around 9:30 p.m.
 
Michael Thompson, 46 of Charleston: arrested by Charleston PD around 9:30 p.m. at his home at 252 Oakwood Road for the Boone County indictment that charged him with three counts delivery of controlled substances.  He was taken into custody where additional drugs were located in his Charleston home, which may lead to additional charges there.

With the exception of Gilliam, who posted bond, the rest were taken in custody at Southwestern Regional Jail.
