The Nitro High School girls' basket ball team lost to Woodrow Wilson Thursday night 56-24.

Nitro's Kelli Douglass knocked one down from the outside early.

But the Lady Flying Eagles' Alexis Allen's fast break to Danielle Miller for a lay in helped Woodrow Wilson start to slowly pull away.

Douglas hit another one from the same spot as Nitro tried to make it a game, but Woodrow's Olivia Moore got the steal and put back.

Woodrow Wilson pulled away and dominated the game.
