CHARLESTON -
The high-dollar Coach store planned for the Charleston Town Center in April is just part of some big changes coming to the mall.
Coach will be surrounded by White House Black Market, Sephora and Francesca's, creating a kind of upscale women's shopping "neighborhood."
"So the four stores complement each other," said Tom Bird, general manager of the Town Center, "along with Chico's, Talbot's, Coldwater Creek and will bring a good customer to the shopping center."
The stores will cluster on the first floor near Starbucks.
There's a similar "neighborhood" for teens on the second floor, including American Eagle, Hollister and Delia's.
The mall is also planning upgrades to floors, lighting and restrooms in coming weeks.
