Don't look now, but Marshall may be losing one of its biggest rivals in all sports.

According to ESPN, Memphis will be bolting Conference USA to the Big East for the 2013-14 season.

The official announcement is expected to come Wednesday afternoon.

Memphis, joins Houston, SMU and UCF as the fourth C-USA school to leave the conference for the Big East.

Back in October 2011, Conference USA and the Mountain West agreed to merge by 2013, but no one knew if Memphis would be part of the merger.

No other developments about the two conferences merging have been released.
