Deputies in Kanawha County arrested three people during a DUI patrol in the St. Albans area Thursday night.

Robin Lynn O'Neal, 54, of St. Albans, was arrested after deputies said she refused to take a field sobriety test, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department.

Julius W. Hays Jr., 44, of St. Albans, was arrested after taking a field sobriety test with a result of 0.241 blood alcohol content, the news release states.

Shannon M. Mullins, 31, of South Charleston, was arrested after scoring 0.090 on a field sobriety test, according to the news release.

The DUI patrols were paid for by a federal highway safety grant, according to the news release.
