Putnam County Schools announce Pre-K fairs

If you've got a youngster getting ready for pre-kindergarten, listen up -- this takes planning.

Putnam County's Collaborative Pre-K Program is holding a number of information fairs this month.

  • Feb. 13 - Putnam County Career and Technical Center Commons - 5-7 p.m.
  • Feb. 17 - Putnam County Career and Technical Center Commons - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Feb. 27 - Hurricane High School Library - 5-7 p.m.

Parents with kids who will be four by this coming September are eligible for Pre-K in the coming year. Parents can visit with teachers and get registration packets at the information fairs. Those packets can be turned in at the site you want your student to attend during the week of April 6.
