Kanawha deputies arrest Grant Givens as 2nd suspect in fatal Elkview hit and run

Kanawha County deputies have arrested a second suspect in a fatal hit and run accident last month in Elkview. 

Grant Mitchell Givens, 23, was arrested Tuesday night in Kanawha County.

He's charged with driving with a revoked license for DUI, providing false information, and being an accessory after the fact according to authorities. 

Deputies arrested Lynsey Taylor, 22, earlier this month. 

Authorities said she was driving the vehicle that hit and killed 47-year-old Dennis James as he was crossing Elk River Road.
 
Taylor is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death.
