    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

Four Marshall University football players were arrested early Sunday morning after a bar fight, according to police.

Senior running back Martin Ward, sophomore defensive back Phillip Warren, freshman cornerback Corie Wilson and freshman linebacker Stefone Grace were all booked on misdemeanor charges after the 4 a.m. fight, police said.

According to Western Regional Jail, Ward was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released from jail Sunday night. 

Warren was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction , assault and battery to an police officer without a weapon. As of 8:33 p.m. on Sunday, Warren was being held on a $9,000 bond.

Wilson was charged with obstruction , interference with a police officer and fleeing on foot. As of 8:35 p.m. on Sunday, Wilson was being held on a $6,000 bond.

Grace was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction and interference with a police officer. As of 8:36 p.m. on Sunday, Grace was being held on a $6,000 bond.

The team will deal with the arrests when more facts are known, Holliday said in a statement.

"We are aware of the situation and are currently gathering all of the facts pertaining to this issue," he said. "Once that process is complete, we will handle the matter appropriately."

There was no word if all four players will be in uniform when the Thundering Herd resumes spring practice on Tuesday.
