Two tractor-trailers collided early this morning on Interstate 77 North near Ravenswood, according to an emergency dispatcher.
The wreck happened just after 4:30 a.m., the dispatcher said. No serious injuries were reported, but the Interstate was closed because of the wreck and because of oil and diesel on the roadway.
The driver of one of the trucks fell asleep while driving, officials said.
As of 2:30 p.m., the Interstate was still closed.
