Friday's weather was just right to enjoy the Party on the Patio at Heritage Station in Huntington.

The band Jaberwocky performed as party goers explored all the stores that stayed open late for the event. The Sip Wine Bar just recently opened and a new business called Brand Yourself, where you can make your own T-shirts, had it's grand opening Friday.

The Huntington Greater Parks and Recreation District hosts the monthly event to re-introduce people to what is available at Heritage Station.

"The Party on the Patio is a great place to see your friends and socialize. We've got good food, the bar is open. Just sit around and enjoy good music all evening." said Kevin Brady with the Huntington Parks and Recreation.

Next month's Party on the Patio is scheduled for Friday, July 6th.
