Metro 911 dispatchers report that East Bank phone service has been restored.

People in East Bank are without phone service this evening.
According to dispatchers, Frontier Communications says that 1,612 customers with the 595 exchange in East Bank are without phone service.
Some customers in the 442 exchange area are also experiencing problems.
East Bank residents that call 911 will routed to the nearest medic station. Customers with cell phones can still call 911.
The alternate emergency number is 304-357-0191. Frontier says they have crews out working on the problem.
