A new trail opening this Thursday in Ritter Park helps children learn.
The Born Learning Trail has 10 fun and engaging outdoor games and signs on asphalt to help parents and caregivers give young children new learning opportunities.
Sponsored by Success By6 and its partners, the trail will open at 10 a.m. Thursday near the playground.
The Born Learning campaign helps boost children's language and reading skills and encourages families to get involved.
The unveiling takes place on the National Day of Action which promotes volunteerism at the local level.
Duncan Box Lumber donated paint and Bosely Rental supplied tools needed to complete the project.
