MADISON -
The 19th Annual Coal Festival starts today in Madison.
Committee member Jim Clendenin said there has been increased interest in the festival this year.
"I think we're going to have one of our better shows," said Clendenin. "We've had to turn people down from (setting up displays) at the festival."
