Everyone has dreams from time to time of hitting the lottery and taking home millions.

While the West Virginia Lottery didn't hand out any grand prizes Tuesday, one man did get a new set of wheels.

Raymond Clay, of Cowen, W.Va., won the West Virginia Lottery's Second Chance Drawing Grand Prize,which is his pick of a muscle car.

He wasn't the only winner. Three people walked away with $2,500 and one lady walked away with the second place prize of $5,000.
