Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
A Lawrence County, Ohio, grand jury indicted Ashley Seagraves on charges that she shot to death Delmar Jenkins.
The Lawrence County Prosecutor's Office says that she faces one count of murder and two counts of felonious assault.
The murder charge stems from her allegedly using a gun to kill Jenkins at his home earlier this month.
The two assault charges are for trying to choke a jail matron and making a shank out of a plastic spoon, according to court officials.
Seagraves, 23 of Ironton, is in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
Authorities have said she is seven months pregnant.
