A man accused of robbing the Fifth Third Bank in Kanawha City two weeks ago will stay in jail a little longer.
A magistrate judge found probable cause to send Joseph Dempsey's case to a grand jury Thursday.
Investigators said Dempsey had a gun and forced employees to get on the floor before running away with cash.
Dempsey's also charged with cultivation of marijuana, unlawful assault on a police officer, battery, obstructing an officer, and destruction of property.
