Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
A log truck wrecked, spilling its load into a canal on state Route 73 near Portsmouth, Ohio, this morning.
The wreck happened just after 8 a.m. at the 73/104 split, according to police.
The driver of the truck was ejected and flown to a local hospital with unknown injuries, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The road was closed to traffic until crews finish cleaning up the mess.
No other vehicles were involved, police said.
Troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
