A Chesapeake, Ohio man accused of raping a 16-year-old girl is now he faces new charges.
Lawrence County prosecutors say that 45 year-old Brian Evans faces felony charges of pandering sexually oriented matter of a minor and one count of felony tampering with evidence.
He is due to appear in Lawrence county court next week.
Evans remains behind bars at the Lawrence County Jail.
