I-79 North Closed Due to accident involving a Tractor Trailer

Around 1:00 AM emergency crews were called to a motor vehicle accident along I-79 North near Pinch, involving 2 vehicles and a tractor trailor.

Dispatcher say one person was injured and was transported to a local hospital. The extent of the injuries are unknown at this time.

Northbound I-79 has been closed until further notice while crews clear the scene.
