Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
Kentucky State Police in Morehead, KY responded to a call from West Liberty dispatch to a two vehicle accident with injuries Saturday.
It happened about one mile up on Kentucky 650.
Joshua Ison, 31, of Sandy Hook was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer northbound when police say he crossed the center line traveling into the southbound lane hitting another vehicle.
The driver of the other vehicle, Jessica Thornberry, 29, of Sandy Hook, was airlifted from the scene to Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Both passengers from Thornberry's vehicle, William Moore and a juvenile, were transported by Elliott County Emergency Medical Service to Saint Claire Regional Medical Center.
Trooper Crase transported Ison to Morgan County ARH.
Ison was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence Alcohol and Drugs.
