A St. Albans man is sentenced Monday to home confinement on child porn charges.
Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge Paul Zakaib sentenced George Anderson to 4-years on home confinement over the state's objection.
Prosecutors were seeking the maximum 8 years in prison for Anderson.
Anderson had pleaded guilty to four counts of having sexually explicit images of children on his computer.
He was caught during an undercover online police investigation.
