A St. Albans man was sentenced Monday to home confinement on child pornography charges.
A Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge sentenced George Anderson to four years on home confinement over the state's objection. Prosecutors were seeking the maximum, eight years, in prison for Anderson.
Anderson had pleaded guilty to four counts of having sexually explicit images of children on his computer.
He was caught during an undercover online police investigation.
