A journalist and media personality in Logan
County was arrested and charged
with domestic assault and battery and brandishing a deadly weapon Monday.
Chris Stratton, 41, is a former media personality in Logan
County and now works as a freelance
journalist, according to WVOW-FM.
Stratton has run for the Logan School Board and the West
Virginia House of Delegates in the past, WVOW reported.
Stratton still was being held at the Southwestern Regional
Jail Tuesday afternoon, according to the West Virginia Regional Jail Authority
website.
