Wanda Einstein, 48, is charged with one count of accessory after the fact for each of the four murder victims.
Einstein is accused of giving Belknap a ride in her Mercury Mountaineer from a Grove Road residence to Belknap's Nicholas County address.
The criminal complaint, signed by West Virginia State Police Trooper G.K. Davis, stated Belknap and another individual had seen news reports about Belknap being wanted.
