Two people are in jail after a drug bust in Scioto County, Ohio.
New Boston Police say they arrested Larry Howard Jr. and Dottie Stevens, charging them with possession of heroin.
Officers say raided the apartment in the 3200 block of Rhodes Avenue after neighbors complained about drug activity.
The apartment building has a swing set and other toys, and is near a residential area where children are present.
Police say they have evidence that Howard and Stevens intended to sell the drug to others.
