West Virginia State Police arrested a man who allegedly threatened to kill a man during a road rage incident.

According to a criminal complaint, police arrested Larry Owen Farley, 50, of Huntington, and charged him with assault, obstructing, and battery on a police officer.

According to a criminal complaint, the incident happened on Monday when Farley is accused of threatening to kill a tow truck driver who cut him off and caused him to slam on his brakes. Later that day, Farley allegedly saw the same tow truck driver at a gas station and began threatening him again. The victim claimed Farley, who is a convicted felon, had a gun.

Police officers searched Farley's home and found ammunition and arrested him. State Police said he became agitated and yelled profanities at the troopers. While being escorted to the police cruiser, Farley is accused of spitting in a trooper's face.
