A jury has found a Putnam County man guilty for possessing child pornography.
William Shingleton of Poca heard the verdict read in court on Tuesday. He was arrested on the charges in August 2011 and charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography.
Tuesday's verdict included a guilty verdict on each court. Shingleton faces up to 40 years in prison when he's sentenced in September.
